The program provides an opportunity for the students to understand the role and importance of Hungary in Central-Eastern Europe within the framework of the European Union in the 21st century.
The objective of the summer program is to introduce the Hungarian cultural heritage from many different perspectives. Students learn about the history of Hungary, as well as about the current political, economic and societal challenges of the country. They will also gain insight into the Hungarian folk traditions, classical and folk music, the gastronomy and the wine culture of the country. The wide variety of topics will also include information about the religions in Hungary. Participating students will have lots of opportunities to improve their English language skills during the summer programme.
